We collect information directly from you when you complete a form, call, email, or communicate with an agent. We may also receive technical and consent-verification data from website, communications, analytics, security, and lead-certification service providers.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your request; identify the service area associated with your ZIP code; connect you with an agency-authorized licensed insurance agent; provide information about Medicare insurance options; communicate by the methods you authorized; document consent and opt-out requests; prevent fraud and protect the website; maintain records; comply with CMS, carrier, and other legal requirements; and improve our services.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, regulators, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Medicare beneficiary data and other TPMOs
We do not sell or transfer personal beneficiary data to an unaffiliated third-party marketing organization for Medicare marketing or enrollment without prior express written consent that is obtained separately for each recipient, prominently identifies that recipient, and lets you accept or reject the transfer.
