Marketing communications
You may opt out of marketing calls or texts at any time by telling the caller, replying STOP to a text, or calling 855-411-8582. An opt-out does not affect communications needed to complete a transaction you requested.
Personal information requests
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You may also ask about how information is used or disclosed. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
Medicare beneficiary data
We do not sell or transfer personal beneficiary data to an unaffiliated third-party marketing organization for Medicare marketing or enrollment without separate consent that names the recipient and lets you accept or reject the transfer.
